盐 30g [Salt 30g]
烟熏红椒粉30g [Smoked Paprika 30g]
黑糖 45g [Dark Brown Sugar 45g]
杂香草 1大匙 [All Purpose Herb Seasoning 1tbsp]
黑椒粉 1大匙 [Black Pepper Powder 1tbsp]

酱料
洋葱 1个 [Onion 1]
蒜头 4粒 [Garlic 4 pieces]
苹果 1个 [Apple 1]
茄汁 4大匙 [Ketchup 4 tbsp]
喼汁 1大匙 [Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp]
叉烧酱 4大匙 [Char siu sauce(Chinese BBQ sauce) 4tbsp]
糖 2大匙 [Sugar 3 tbsp]
苹果醋 1大匙 [Apple Vinegar 1tbsp]
红酒 200ml [Red Wine 200ml]
