盐一茶杓
酱油（生抽）一汤杓
调味料：
花椒粉，盐
或者孜然粉，辣椒粉和盐

ginger 1 small piece
Sichuan peppercorn 1 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon
regarlar soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Sichuan peppercorn powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
or
cumin powder 1 teaspoon
chili powder 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
